  • Exploiting relationships with Filipino farmers or communities facilitated through our services
  • Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using our content without authorization
  • Interfering with or disrupting our website, servers, or networks

  • Content must be relevant to Philippine specialty coffee, sourcing, or partnerships

  • We are not responsible for business outcomes resulting from partnerships or sourcing relationships

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services during the six months preceding the claim.

Agricultural and Market Variability

Coffee quality, availability, and pricing are subject to agricultural conditions, weather patterns, market fluctuations, and factors beyond our control. We make no guarantees regarding harvest yields, quality consistency, or supply continuity.

Exclusion of Consequential Damages

Under no circumstances shall Cordillera Cup be liable for any damages arising from business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, damage to reputation, or failure of computer systems, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification Obligations

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cordillera Cup, its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • 2. Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
  • 3. Your violation of any rights of another party, including Filipino farming partners
  • 4. Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

Dispute Resolution Procedures

Cordillera Cup shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or disruptions to transportation or communication networks.

Severability and Waiver

Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Cordillera Cup.

Entire Agreement and Assignment
